Fadzai has more than 6 years of professional experience in humanitarian work and inclusive rural micro-finance working as a field facilitator for Village Savings and Lending’s (VS&L) in Zimbabwe. She is a successful entrepreneur to whom she has more than 6 years of operational experience in Small and Medium Enterprise businesses. She holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship Skills with the PROWEB in partnership with Virgin Unite, Network of African Business Women, and Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship.

She has vast knowledge of enterprise development and currently specializes in clothing and livestock business. Her vision is to see rural communities invest in non-agro and agro-preneurship businesses that bring sustainability to their livelihoods.
