Cuthbert holds a Bachelors’ degree in Development Studies (Midlands State University, Zimbabwe). He has a wealth of experience and knowledge in Entrepreneurship development, financial institutions and management, rural development, project management as well as environment, climate change and development, among other disciplines.

He has worked with the Youth Agrarian Society as an Information Officer. His vision is to see a pragmatic shift of small scale family farming from subsistence into commercial climate smart agriculture as communities capitalize on agro-preneurship initiatives. Cuthbert is currently the Head of Programmes at Rural Enterprise Trust of Zimbabwe.
