
Clayton is currently studying for a Master of Science in Development Studies with the Women’s University in Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Studies Honours Degree (University of Zimbabwe). He is also a private consultancy who have offered consultancy services for the ZimFund Urgent Water and Sanitation Rehabilitation Project (May 2015); Livelihoods Impact Analysis for the FAO funded Projects through GRM International (June 2014) as well as CAFOD Short Term Food Security Projects (Feb 2012).
He has vast skills in Household Economic Assessment, Community Based Planning and Livelihoods Analysis, Cost-benefit Analysis as well as in Monitoring and Evaluation. He has worked with the Farm Community Trust of Zimbabwe as a Programmes Manager (2004-2005), as an M & E officer (August 2005-2010) and as an M and E coordinator (October 2010-December 2014) with the same organization. He has interests in community based nutrition investment programmes which can see the growth of human capital in the marginalized rural Zimbabwe.
